Emerald Forest has a lot of partial nudity, but the scene that hits it out of the ballpark is when the native girls, who were captured as sex slaves are broken free. As they run into the jungle they rip off their clothes, which very effectively captures the dirtiness they felt at being enslaved by the white exploiters. In this case the audience is made to get it: clothes = filth; nudity = freedom and purity.
